Well-Suited for Addiction Recovery!

I’ve served on the Advisory Council at the John Volken Academy Ranch for addiction recovery for the last seven years. These courageous young men between the ages of 18-34 voluntarily commit to the 2-year program to change their lives. Fellow council member, Lisa Barnes and her husband Stan Barnes coincidentally met the wonderful people at Utah Woolen Mills Men’s Shop in Salt Lake City and discovered their Suited For Good program.

For each Tom Nox suit purchase, UWM Men’s Shop will tailor and donate a new suit to individuals who are committed to improving their life for the better. UWM Men’s Shop generously offered custom-tailored suits to 15 of our John Volken Academy Ranch students. The students were so grateful for this incredible opportunity. It was a physical and mental boost along their journey to sobriety. I had the privilege of photographing six of the students in their new suits. The sparkle and confidence in their eyes reflect the strength and optimism they feel as they are winning their battle with addiction.
